Can I have contact with a client that I wish to support?

As a charity working directly with farmers and rural communities, we have policies and procedures in place to protect the identity of our clients and the integrity of the charity.

Australians are proud people and find it difficult to be identified as someone needing help and support.

Contact with farmers and people in rural communities is via our team exclusively, as we have built our reputation with them on trust and it is important that this is maintained.

Over the years we have invited donors to write a “message of support” to a family and we deliver these messages along with the gift/s you have donated. This gives the recipients the option to respond if they choose to.
