Last weekend the QRRRWN Barambah Branch celebrated ‘Christmas with a Cause’ raising money for Downs and West Community Support and Carissa Beddows to purchase supplies for the community, as part of her nursing placement in Vietnam in January. On the road again to share the spirit of Christmas with everyone we meet.
It has been a hard day working in the heat. Prince Harry taking a rest during the working bee!!
Prince Harry with two of our beautiful ladies from the Arts and Crafts Group- quilters, Maleny.
Thank you to the Arts and Crafts Group, Maleny for all the toiletries and beautifully made bags for men and women.....over 123 in total. Added to these, DWCS also received patchwork quilts, soft toys, clothes and preloved toys and books. Individuals and families will be delighted to receive these gifts and Christmas hampers.
I think it is just wonderful what you all do. Just amazing!
